Today, Congressman Jim Costa’s campaign for re-election announced that U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein has endorsed Congressman Costa.

U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein said: “Jim Costa is the clear choice to continue representing the Valley in the US Congress.  Jim’s leadership and strong track record of bringing home results that make a difference in people’s lives proves that he has the vision and experience necessary to stand up for the Valley.  He has been a true leader in Congress throughout the pandemic and drought.  In these challenging times, one thing is certain: Jim Costa is one of the strongest voices for the Valley in Congress.”

First elected in 1992, Dianne Feinstein is California's senior United States Senator. She has worked across the aisle during her career to find common-sense solutions to the problems facing California and the Nation and helping strengthen our nation's security both here and abroad, combat crime and violence, battle cancer, and protect natural resources in California and across the country. She was the first woman to chair the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, a position she held for six years beginning in 2009 and remains a senior member of the Committee.
